How does your morning begin when you have a day off?
On the weekend, i always want to sleep a little longer ... hours to 9, then gymnastics for the back (a set of special exercises for recovery), if you have a mood 5 minutes of meditation, morning pages (diary entry, almost like meditation), then a favorite meal - breakfast .
In the morning I definitely drink a glass of water, like to eat fruit, granola or linseed porridge, I also like to make cheese cakes.

The rule of good sleep for me is less stress during the day and more physical activity, a moderate intake of caffeine and, of course, do not gorge on for the night.

How do you cope with the urban rhythm? (Stages of relaxation, where do you draw energy and inspiration?)
Life in the city can be like a holiday of life and inspiration, and an expression of loneliness, which is not bad, but inspires. It is important for me to find balance in the work, to allocate time for myself and my close people. And, of course, sports and get out from time to time on nature.

In my space I love minimalism, light candles, aroma-sticks ...

I just read the book "The Shogun" by James Clavell, who came to me about 10 years ago, but then it did not work out to read it. And recently she met me again. In the right place and at the right time. Watching the TV series "Patrick Melrose", I'm listening to Imagine Dragons right now ...
What is it, the house of your dreams?
The dream house is somewhere on the seashore or the ocean, it has its own soul and charisma. In this house is cozy and always love. Doors are always open to native people. And in the family there is harmony.
