"I always liked to embroider. I was educated in embroidery, but I never thought it would be useful for me," - says ETNODIM project participant Anna Fesenko.
The DRABYNA project is built so that when we look at the applications of participants, we do not know anything about them. We see only the work and its description. No information about a person's age, education or occupation. This allows you to be objective and open, without restricting others and yourself.
We met Ann after seeing and selecting her work for implementation within the project. We offer you the same. Предлагаем вам тоже самое. Anna Fesenko - 25 years old, studied artistic embroidery, worked as an artist decorator, was always close to design, but for the first time created her own sketch. According to her, she was inspired by the geometry of Ukrainian towels, modernized the Tree of Life.
"I was very pleased that my work was pleasant and will be realized within the project. When I came up with a sketch I did not know that it would be chosen and I would have to put everything into reality - from beginning to end. Today I understand what a laborious job it is make a lot of efforts to get a decent result - Anya shares. "
Anna's history shows that one can create unique designs based on experience and knowledge.
The main emphasis in her work Anya directed to the ornament. It is based on Trypillian motifs and elements of the Ukrainian towel "Tree of Life". She met with ETNODIM designers to learn from their many years of experience and further develop in this field. DRABYNA is a platform of opportunity for young designers and creative people. Competitors can create their own clothing designs and submit them to us by the 25th of each month. After this date, we summarize and announce the names of the elect.
