Behind the scenes ETNODIM

Imagine the boundless blue ocean, white sand, you're sitting under a palm tree, and looking at this idyllic landscape and occasionally click something on the keyboard of your Macbook. Somewhere somebody imagines the perfect job in such a way. But who has already found it, will say that all pleasure of the things that you love - is to see real results from this and admire your work even more. We are happy because members of our ETNODIM team can proudly say that they are from this category of people and love their job.

Together, we are the team and the climate in our team greatly affects the final product. We aren`t only colleagues to each other, we are true friends, we are a big family - ETNODIM. Understanding and mutual respect - our everyday working tools, this is the foundation of a comfortable working atmosphere. Each of us is a person with their own views on a life, but no matter how different we are, every day we supplement to making each other better.

We would like to highlight a few main components that have emerged over the years and we are trying to teach every new member of our "family" of these rules:

- the things you do are not limited only with what you like;

- do not to be afraid to take responsibility.

The biggest amount of our time we spend at work, generating a huge number of ideas and working on their implementation. Each of us has its own mission: someone is working on the design of clothes, someone creates shoes or bedding, the others are responsible for the functioning of the site, advertising, someone else - for the quality of customers service.

Despite the busy schedule, we do not forget about spending the leisure together. We love sports, team games, themed holidays, we like to decorate our office and create unusual pleasant atmosphere. Some would say that we spend too much time together. But it isn`t about us! Thanx to our teamwork and recreation we are charged with positive energy which we put in the work for you.
