Shipping information

We offer delivery across Ukraine and worldwide.
Throughout Ukraine:
Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta service:
— to the branch
— by courier
— to a parcel locker
Taxi delivery in Kyiv is also available at the customer’s expense.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and depends on the weight, order value and distance.

Cash on delivery (CoD)
When paying for an order upon receipt, Nova Poshta charges an additional fee — 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH. This fee is set by the carrier and is not included in the order price.
Worldwide shipping
We ship orders via FedEx and EMS Ukrposhta.
The delivery cost depends on the destination country.
Delivery to the U.S. is free.
Estimated delivery time is 15–40 days. It may increase due to customs control.

Customs fees
During international delivery, the destination country may charge:
— import duty (from 2% to 20%)
— VAT (from 20%)
— brokerage fees
These fees are set by the customs regulations of the destination country, are paid by the customer, and are not included in the order price.

Shipping time
Orders placed and paid for before 5:00 pm are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm are shipped the next business day.
During the holiday period, shipping times may increase.
If the order is urgent, notify the manager and we will do everything in our power to ship it as soon as possible.

Payment
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
— Online (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
— Payment in installments from monobank
— Direct bank transfer
— SWIFT transfer
— PayPal
— Postpaid ("Nova Poshta")
— Cash (upon delivery by courier in Kyiv)

monobank installments payments
— available for orders from 2,000 UAH;
— the purchase amount can be divided into 3 equal payments.

Returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns or exchanges of items purchased with monobank installment payments are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you return the items by mail, we recommend doing this around the 10th day after receipt so that the parcel arrives before the end of the return period.
