Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking details until your return has been received. Have your receipt or confirmation of purchase available. Make sure the item has not been worn and remains in its original, perfect condition.
All our products are eligible for return or exchange, with the exception of gift cards and gift sets. Feel free to keep your complimentary Etnodim tote bag—it’s our gift to our customers.
Our Return Policy
Items can be returned within 31 days of receipt.
Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are prepaid by the customer according to standard carrier rates.
You are also welcome to send your pieces back for return or exchange without filling out the digital form.

Within 1–2 business days of receiving your package, a store manager will contact you to finalize the details of your exchange, such as a new size or color preference.
Return Process
Within 1–2 days of receiving your package, a store manager will contact you to complete the refund process. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
The refund process may take up to 14 business days. This process usually takes only 1-2 business days, but the actual timeframe depends on your chosen payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 banking days, do not hesitate to contact us—we’ll help resolve the issue.
