INTERNATIONAL SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is between "ETNODIM"  (hereinafter "Seller"), a company registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU: 44724044, address: 04070, Kyiv, Pochaynynska St. 28-B), and the user (hereinafter "Buyer") purchasing goods via the Seller’s website **https://etnodim.com**

2. DEFINITIONS

• "Order": Buyer’s request to purchase goods via the Site.
• "Goods": Products listed for sale on the Site.
• "Delivery Service": Third-party international carriers (FedEx).
• "Payment Processor": Services like PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfers.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms. This Agreement is governed by Ukrainian law but acknowledges U.S. consumer protection standards for transactions with U.S. Buyers.

4. ORDER PROCESS

• Select Goods → Enter shipping/payment details → Confirm Order.
• Orders are binding upon confirmation. The Seller will email an Order receipt.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

• Prices are displayed in USD for U.S. Buyers. Final charges include currency conversion fees (if applicable).
• Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards (via Payment Processors), PayPal, or bank transfers.

6. DELIVERY & CUSTOMS

• Goods ship from Ukraine. Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 5-10 business days).
• Buyer is responsible for:
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the U.S.
  • Providing accurate shipping information.
• Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if Goods are unused and in original packaging.
• Buyer covers return shipping costs to Ukraine unless the item is defective.
• Refunds processed in USD within 14 business days of receipt.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller is not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond its control (e.g., wars, customs delays, pandemics).

9. PRIVACY

• Buyer data is processed per Ukraine’s data protection laws and the Seller’s Privacy Policy (linked on the Site).
• By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to cross-border data transfer.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Disputes will first be resolved via negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes may be filed in Ukrainian courts (Jurisdiction: Kyiv, Ukraine).
• U.S. Buyers retain rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller’s liability is limited to the Order value. Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) are excluded.
