Piece inspired by a men’s embroidered shirt from Kyivshchyna, dating to the early 20th century. Its prototype is part of the Ivan Honchar Museum collection.

The shirt features a loose silhouette with shaped shoulder inserts and carefully finished details, including tightly sewn cuffs and collar. The neckline slit is secured with a metal snap button.

The black-and-white embroidery mirrors the ornamental composition of the Mezine bracelet, one of Ukraine’s oldest archaeological finds.
