Men's embroidered shirt "Kolmek"

An elongated men’s shirt in a straw-colored tone. This style of hip-length undershirt is known as kölmek.

The geometric-floral embroidery on the piece is inspired by Örnek, one of the oldest cultural achievements of the Crimean Tatar people. In 2021, Örnek was inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The shirt draws inspiration from the sunbaked earth of the Crimean summer steppe and its sun-scorched grass. Lightweight and breathable, it shields the body from the scorching sun.

The design features high side slits and metal snap button fastening.
