Long embroidered shirt Skoropadska
A copy of the reconstructed authentic shirt of Yelyzaveta Skoropadska, which is kept in the collection of the Hetmanate Museum.
This shirt is the result of a joint project between Etnodim and Marie Claire magazine.
Work on the reconstruction of the shirt was started with the study of Skoropadska's portrait and photograph. The ornament and cut of Skoropadska's shirt were designed with the help of expertise in the regional peculiarities of Poltava embroidery, open digital archives of the private collection "Open Chest" and the collection of the Ivan Honchar Museum.
The portrait of Hetmanivna Skoropadska was previously considered missing until Kateryna Shal from the town of Oberstdorf contacted the Hetmanate Museum. The woman said that the lost painting had been hanging in their family home for 40 years.

Yelyzaveta Pavlivna Skoropadska, a sculptor, public figure, and ambassador of Ukraine from the Cossack elders' family of Skoropadsky, whose lineage dates back to the 17th century, lived in exile, but considered it her duty to sacrifice her life for the benefit of the country.

The shirt machine is assembled to a wide and round warp collar.
The set-in part of the sleeve is one-piece, gussets are sewn under the sleeves.
The sleeves are decorated with embroidery ornaments, and the collar and cuffs have white-on-white embroidery.

The oversized shirt has an authentic cut. The model is available in two heights — 164 and 176, which are labeled as S and M respectively.
