Official Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign “Gift with Purchase”

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Etnodim LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2. This Promotion is of a promotional nature and is conducted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising,” the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” and other applicable laws and regulations of Ukraine.

2. Promotion Period and Territory 
2.1. The Promotion runs from 00:00 on April 1, 2026, to 23:59 on May 31, 2026 (Kyiv time, UTC+3).
2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in the event that the supply of Gifts is exhausted, provided that a relevant notice is published on etnodim.com no later than 24 hours prior to such early termination.

3. Promotion Participants
3.1. Eligible participants are individuals of legal age who place an order on etnodim.com during the Promotion period in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge and voluntary. Any requests to pay for participation in the Promotion are unlawful.
3.3. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.
3.4. Participants are those individuals defined in clause 3.1 who have fulfilled the conditions set out in clause 4.1 of these Terms.
3.5. Each Participant acts personally, in their own name, voluntarily, and independently. By participating, Participants automatically agree to these Terms.
3.6. The Organizer is not obliged to verify the legal capacity of Participants when confirming their participation.
3.7. Individuals with limited or no legal capacity (as defined by Articles 36 and 39 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) may participate through their legal guardian or custodian.

4. Participation Conditions and Gift Fund
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, a purchase must be made on etnodim.com totaling at least UAH 12,000 (twelve thousand) in a single order (single receipt). The order total is calculated after applying discounts and promo codes but before shipping costs.
4.2. The “Gift” refers to a complimentary textile tote bag with an embroidered Etnodim logo, awarded to the Participant upon meeting the Promotion conditions. The retail value of the Gift is UAH 1,200 (VAT included). The Gift is automatically added to the order once the conditions are met.
4.3. Each Participant may receive only one Gift per qualifying order, regardless of the number of orders placed during the Promotion period.
4.4. The total number of Gifts is limited to available stock. The Organizer is not liable for failure to provide a Gift if stock is depleted, provided that timely notice has been given in accordance with clause 2.2.
4.5. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge. Participants do not pay any fees related to participation. The Promotion fund is not formed from Participants’ contributions. The Organizer does not receive any remuneration from Participants for their participation. This Promotion is not a gambling activity, lottery, gaming service, or contest, and these Terms do not constitute a public promise of reward.
4.6. The Gift may be obtained only in accordance with these Terms.
4.7. The actual appearance of the Gift may differ from Participants’ expectations.

5. Returns Policy
5.1. If a purchase agreement is canceled and goods of proper quality (which served as the basis for receiving the Gift) are returned, the Gift must also be returned to the Organizer together with the main product in unused condition (with tags and packaging intact) within the period established by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” (14 calendar days from receipt, unless otherwise provided by law).
5.2. If the Gift is not returned along with the main product, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct the documented retail value of the tote bag from the refund amount. The deducted amount may not exceed the actual value of the Gift specified in clause 4.2.
5.3. Returns of defective goods are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” without the obligation to return the Gift.

6. Additional Terms
6.1. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers, promo codes, or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific marketing communications published on etnodim.com.
6.2. The Gift cannot be exchanged, including for cash or any other benefit.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms, provided that Participants are notified by publishing the updated version on etnodim.com no later than 3 (three) calendar days before such changes take effect. Any changes that worsen conditions for Participants who have already met the Promotion requirements shall not apply retroactively.

7. Personal Data Processing
7.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data (name, contact phone number, delivery address, and email address) for the purposes of administering the Promotion, delivering the Gift, and complying with tax regulations.
7.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI. The Participant may withdraw their consent by contacting the Organizer using the details provided on the website.

8. Liability and Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
8.2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The official language of these Terms is Ukrainian.
