Short women's dress with long wide sleeves gathered at the bottom and top with an elastic band. Functional fastener in the center with 7 buttons, a thin belt is sewn in the side seams.

On the sleeves there are elements reminiscent of a mosaic of Ukrainian buildings in the Art Nouveau style, in the center of the composition there is a chestnut tree as a symbol of Kyiv. In general, the whole drawing resembles the coat of arms of Ukraine in shape.
