The design takes a traditional compositional approach, combining distinct embroidery motifs within a single garment. It features a shaped hem and a mix of techniques, from early counted satin stitch and “solov’їni vichka” (traditional eyelet stitch known as ‘nightingale eyes’) to later cross-stitch.

A removable cord with tassels, finished with fine beads, is a key detail, referencing traditional Ukrainian beadwork.

The shirt can be styled with or without a belt.
