Gray linen blouse with white embroidery Kakhovka
Gray blouse with contrasting white embroidery. Dedicated to the ethnographic region of Pryazovia and inspired by the stone embroideries of Nova Kakhovka.
Almost all the city's buildings are decorated with carved and molded elements created according to sketches by the artist and sculptor Hryhorii Dovzhenko. Many of the panels are dominated by floral ornaments, which are connected to Ukrainian Art Nouveau and folk embroidery. Hence, the name "stone embroidery".
We were inspired by the patterns of stone embroidery, stylized them, passed them through ourselves and embodied them in the Nova Kakhovka blouse.
